For professionals
Gototherapy UK is a directory of UK therapists and related professionals whose registration, insurance, supervision and identity a person has checked, so clients can make an informed choice. It is not a paid ranking, a review site or a matching service. There are three plans: Foundation at £24 a month or £240 a year, Professional at £39 a month or £390 a year, and Organisation from £79 a month or £790 a year. A subscription pays for directory and account services, never for referrals or a higher place in search. Prices are provisional, and nothing is charged yet.
What Gototherapy UK is
Every professional is checked against their register, with insurance, supervision and identity, before their profile goes live, and again every year. Clients see what was checked and when.
Search is never ordered by who pays or how much. There are no star ratings and no reviews. Clients filter by what they need and contact you directly.
Your profile, your listing and the tools around them. Not referrals, not a guaranteed number of enquiries, and not a place in search.

Organisations
One organisation profile, central billing and administration, and 3 practitioner seats in the base price.
Verification
Your register entry, a current insurance certificate, your supervision arrangement and your identity, by a person and against the register itself. Supervisors also show their supervision training.
Each check is repeated yearly, with an email before a document expires. A lapsed check lapses the badge on its own, and the profile says so until it is renewed.
No plan changes, replaces or speeds up a check, and none buys a better badge. How we verify, role by role.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Not yet. Membership is without charge while the directory is founded, and the prices on this page are provisional launch prices. Before charging begins you will be told the date, the terms will be published, and nobody is charged without confirming a plan and a billing frequency first.
Monthly renews each month. Yearly is paid once for twelve months and costs 10 monthly payments, so 2 months are free, and it renews each year unless you cancel under the published terms. Before you pay you see the plan, the total, how often you are billed and the renewal date, and you confirm them.
Yes. The cancellation and renewal terms are published before anyone is asked to pay, and are linked from the checkout. While nothing is charged, closing your account from your account page ends everything at once and nothing is owed. Cancellation and refunds.
Yes. Moving between plans changes what your profile can show, never the checks. When billing begins, the new price and the date the change takes effect are shown before you confirm it.
The Organisation plan includes 3 practitioner seats. Each further seat is £15 a month, or £150 a year on yearly billing. The cost of a seat and the date it takes effect are shown before a seat is added. An organisation’s subscription never verifies its practitioners: each one meets the checks for their own role and has their own verification record.

No. Gototherapy UK takes nothing per enquiry or per session. Clients contact you directly, and what they pay you is between you and them.
Your membership number, so it can be checked against your professional body’s own register, and your documents, sent from your account: proof of identity, your indemnity insurance, your supervision arrangement and, for supervisors, your supervision training. Then your profile, in your own words, with your fees and a photograph.
